General Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the authority operating the amrtk platform ("amrtk", "we", "us") and the user of the website ("you", "user").
By accessing the amrtk website (amrtk.lat), creating an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
amrtk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes have taken effect means you have accepted the revised terms and conditions. Users are advised to review this page regularly at their own responsibility.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 — Eligibility Requirements
To open an account at amrtk, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- Only one account may be opened in your own name — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- You may not play on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
2.2 — Account Verification
amrtk may request verification of a user's identity at any time. For verification, you may be required to provide a national identity card, passport, or similar document. amrtk reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.3 — Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You will bear full responsibility for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please contact amrtk's support team immediately.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
3.1 — Welcome Bonus
New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Similarly, depositing ৳22,000 will give a bonus of ৳10,000 (the maximum limit), bringing the total balance to ৳32,000.
3.2 — Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus wagering requirement is 25x — applicable on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.
3.3 — General Bonus Rules
- Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions.
- Bonus funds are tracked separately from cash funds.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined or stacked unless specifically permitted.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, amrtk reserves the right to suspend the account.
- amrtk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted at amrtk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and others). No other methods are currently supported.
4.2 — Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for every method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
4.3 — Processing Times
Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, the verification process, bank holidays, or unusual circumstances may cause some delay. amrtk is committed to fast payment processing.
4.4 — Payment Policy
- Withdrawals will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit.
- If a deposit fails or there is any ambiguity regarding a payment, please notify the support team.
- For suspicious or unusual transactions, amrtk may request additional verification.
- If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, payments may be suspended and the account may be closed.
Usage Restrictions
The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the amrtk platform:
- Using an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a minor.
- Registering with false, incomplete, or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts for a single user.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions, and placing bets with the deliberate intent to exploit the system.
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security, servers, or network.
- Harassing, demeaning, or acting in an offensive manner toward other users.
- Representing yourself as an amrtk employee or representative.
- Copying, distributing, or publishing the platform's content or data without authorization.
In the event of any of the above violations, amrtk may immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit any applicable balance.
VIP Program
amrtk's VIP program offers special benefits to active and loyal players. The program has a total of five tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
VIP tiers change based on ongoing active participation and consistent gaming. amrtk reserves the right to change the VIP program rules or withdraw the program entirely.
Privacy & Data Protection

Limitation of Liability
amrtk provides services on an "as is" basis and gives no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. amrtk will not be liable in the following cases:
- Losses caused by technical faults, server disruptions, or internet connectivity issues.
- Losses caused by third-party actions or delays by payment providers.
- Losses resulting from the user's own disclosure of account details through carelessness.
- Financial losses arising from the user's own gaming decisions.

Account Closure & Termination
11.1 — Closure at User's Request
Any user may request account closure at any time through the support team. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed.
11.2 — Closure by amrtk
amrtk reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions.
- If fraudulent activity or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
- If evidence of registration with false information is found.
- If required for legal or regulatory reasons.

amrtk reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes.
If any part of these terms is considered invalid or voidable, only that specific part will be cancelled — all remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
